Construction & operations management

One system of record for construction and operations

QoreStruct brings projects, procurement, finance, inventory, HR, and engineering review into a single permission-controlled portal — so every request, approval, and stock movement is tracked in one place, by the right people.

  • Role-based access on every request
  • Recorded approval chains
  • A private portal per company

Animated demonstration: a purchase request enters the procurement queue, is routed for approval, approved, and issued as a purchase order while the dashboard indicators update.

Demo data

The platform

Replace scattered spreadsheets with a system of record

QoreStruct centralizes the operational workflows that construction and facility teams currently run over email, WhatsApp, and Excel — with the controls those workflows were missing.

One platform for the whole business

Projects, work orders, procurement, approvals, finance, inventory, HR, engineering review, and executive reporting run in the same system — not nine disconnected tools.

A private portal for every company

Each organization gets its own portal on its own subdomain. Your data is scoped to your company on every query and never mixes with other tenants.

Access decided by role, not habit

A permission engine checks every request against the user's department role. Field staff, accountants, and executives each see exactly what they should.

Workflows that keep their trail

A purchase request flows through approval, procurement, stock, and payment without leaving the platform — and every step stays on the record.

Modules

Nine modules, one permission model

Enable the modules you need today and add more as teams come on board. Every module runs on the same roles, the same company scope, and the same audit trail.

Projects, sites, and the materials that keep them moving

Contractors run purchase requests from site to head office, track materials across stores, and hold every drawing to a staged technical review — with project cost building up from real transactions, not month-end spreadsheets.

Security & access control

How access actually works

No vague promises — this is the access model the platform runs on today. Formal certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap; ask us about our current security architecture.

Isolated company portals

Each company operates in its own portal on its own subdomain. Every record and every query is scoped to your company.

Permission checks on every request

A central permission engine evaluates each API call against the user's role and scope before any data is returned.

Department-level roles

Procurement, finance, HR, engineering, and operations each see and do exactly what their role allows.

Recorded approval chains

Approvals move through defined stages, and each step is recorded — who acted, on what, and when.

Invitation-only access

There is no public self-signup. Company administrators invite users, and first sign-in requires a password change.

Verified sessions

Every request is authenticated server-side against a verified session token. All traffic is encrypted in transit; data is encrypted at rest.

Architecture

Every module runs through the same core

Tenancy resolution, the permission engine, and the audit trail sit between every module and your data. Select a module to see what flows through the core.

Permissions · Tenancy · Audit

Procurement ↔ core

Purchase requests route through approval chains defined per company; every step is written to the audit trail as it happens.

Multi-tenant by design

Tenancy is resolved from the request itself — your subdomain maps to your company, and that context governs every operation.

Modular activation

Modules are enabled per company. Start with procurement and finance, add inventory, HR, or engineering review when ready.

Managed cloud infrastructure

Runs on managed cloud infrastructure with a global edge network, managed PostgreSQL, and continuous error monitoring.

Implementation

From onboarding to daily operations

Onboarding is guided, not self-service. We provision the portal, your administrators control who gets in, and your teams work in it from day one.

01

Your portal is provisioned

We set up a private portal for your organization with the modules you need, on your own subdomain.

02

Admins invite the team

Your administrators add users and assign roles by department. Access is invitation-only from day one.

03

Operations run in one place

Requests, approvals, stock movements, and reporting happen in the portal — with the full trail kept.

FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers about isolation, access, and getting started.

How is our data isolated from other companies?

Every company runs in its own portal on its own subdomain, and every record carries your company's identity. The platform resolves your company from the request itself — not from anything a client can supply — and every query is scoped to it. Users from one company cannot see or reach another company's data.

How do our people get access?

Access is invitation-only. Your administrators create accounts and assign department roles; there is no public self-signup. New users must change their password on first sign-in, and what each person can see and do is determined by their role.

Do we have to adopt every module at once?

No. Modules are enabled per company. Many teams start with procurement and approvals, then add inventory, finance, HR, or engineering review as those teams come on board.

Who is QoreStruct built for?

Construction contractors, facility management companies, and operations-heavy organizations that need purchase requests, approvals, stock, and technical review to run through one controlled system instead of spreadsheets and email.

Is there a free trial or public demo?

Demos are guided. We walk you through the platform against your actual workflows and answer implementation questions directly — request one and we will schedule it.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet — formal certification is on our roadmap. We are happy to walk your team through our current security architecture: tenant isolation, role-based permissions on every request, invitation-only access, and recorded approval trails.

See it against your own workflows

A demo is a working session, not a slideshow. Bring your procurement, approvals, and stock processes — we will show you how they run in QoreStruct.
